Nothing! Courses are completely free. You can take as many courses are you like without paying anything.

Courses may trigger emotions and memories for people that are survivors of labor or sexual exploitation. We are making an effort to share about each topic in a way that respects survivors, and avoid the use of sensational stories and images. However, if you feel uncomfortable at any point during the course, please do not pressure yourself to continue.

Your information will not be shared with any third party, and will only be used for course administration. The system will send you a confirmation of registration for every course, and occasional reminders to help you stay on track with your learning. Should you wish to receive regular emails and newsletters, please subscribe through our website.

We do not require any name verification. However, you will receive a Certificate of Completion for every course, so it is recommended that you register with the name that you want to see on your certificate.

The system automatically generates a certificate on completion of each course that can be downloaded in PDF format. Should you lose your certificate, simply log into your account again and download it from your profile.

Yes, we are able to provide group registrations and feedback reports for organizations at no cost. Please send an email to marketing@goZOE.jp with your enquiry and a staff member will reach out to you to discuss your requirements.

We use a variety of formats to explain the course content, including videos, interviews with external experts, animations, podcasts and reading materials.

Each course takes approximately 15-30 minutes to complete. You don't have to complete everything in one session. Take a break whenever you like, and just log in again later to continue.

Courses are not currently accredited or endorsed by any organization, but watch this space for future developments.

Each course has a few quiz questions at the end to help you measure your understanding. But don't worry, you can take the quiz as many times as you like until you score 100%.

All courses were developed by the ZOE Japan staff, with inputs from other experts in Japan for topics that fall outside our area of expertise. Where appropriate, we may refer to videos, definitions and examples from global organizations.
